In this lesson you learn the blocks required for green belt (6th geup).
The Korean word for blocks is makgi (막기). Some blocks can be executed as sticky blocks as well. In this lesson we teach the following blocks:
- Medial block
- Lateral block
- Double block
- Helmet block
- Triangle or V-block
- X-block
