Sipjagibeop

For your blue belt you learn four new hosindobeop. Bringing to total to six. The third technique from the series is called sip-ja-gi-beop (십자기법). The technique finishes with a crossed arms lock. Sip-ja means crossed. Sip is also ten (10) in Sino-Korean counting. In Chinese characters the number ten is written as 十, a cross. Sometimes you might come across 十자기법 as the name for sipjagibeop.
